Where did everyone go?
Muscle is more dense than fat, and therefore does weigh more. If you are eating less calories than you did before you should lose fat. If you are exercising you should also gain muscle. You will lose fat more rapidly than gain muscle in most cases. So in essence you can gain muscle and lose fat and still lose weight. This is one reason that during the weight loss challenges before we also used body fat percent as part of the criteria. Then you are judging weight loss and muscle gained.
Tylla, Jack, Patty, Patrick and Leonda what's your weight?
